If the booking is canceled five (5) or more days before the scheduled date, the deposit can be transferred to a new date, coordinated with the client. The amount will not be refunded if the new appointment is canceled.

Booking Modifications

Main booking details (such as the event date or chosen theme) may be modified up to 7 days before the event, and secondary details (such as the number of guests) up to 5 days before the event, subject to availability and feasibility. We do not guarantee acceptance of any modifications after these periods.

Client Responsibility

We are not responsible for any damages resulting from the misuse of decorations or equipment by the client or their guests.

We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises during or after the service has been provided.

We strongly recommend not leaving children unattended near decorations, lighting, or prepared tables.

If any electrical equipment (such as lighting or sound systems) is to be installed, the client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment regarding wiring and electrical outlets.

We reserve the right to refuse service in any environment we deem unsafe for our team or equipment.
